香港城市大学语言研究文学硕士项目旨在让学生了解语言的性质，以探索语言在香港背景下对社会和文化的各种影响，创建一个框架，允许学生选择关注语言的一个特定方面及其与特定社会/文化过程的互动，无论是语言结构、语言、翻译和口译还是语言研究的应用，提高学生的智力，使他们能够更有效地发挥语言专业人员的作用。
具有香港专上教育机构学位，或大学认可的学位，或满足大学认可的专业机构的企业会员的学术要求，或同等资格或提供学术和专业成就的证据。
